Hello! I'm Barrett (she/her), a massage therapist based in Portland, Oregon, and I'm so glad you're here.

My intention is to create a grounding experience that helps you feel more present, connected, and at ease in your body.

I approach wellness through a holistic lens and believe the mind, body, and environment are deeply interconnected. By supporting the nervous system, my work creates space for your body to soften, unwind, and reconnect with its innate capacity for healing.

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs and may incorporate a variety of techniques, drawing from both Eastern and Western traditions.

My path to massage therapy began through my own healing journey, where I experienced the transformative impact of bodywork alongside a long-standing yoga practice. Those experiences shaped the way I understand the body; not as something to fix, but as something to listen to.

Outside the treatment room, you'll usually find me at the yoga studio, creating art, dancing to live music with friends, sharing a delicious meal with my husband, exploring nature with my dog, or curled up with a good fantasy novel.
